Introductory Process
BCT has a simple three stepped coaching process designed to determine if we are the right fit for you.
Step 1. Your initial appointment
Our aim is to understand what you want to achieve with your business and what the main issues you are facing right now. This meeting is designed to find out about you and what you looking for, explain in more detail what we do, how we do it and details of the BCT investment. We also want to ascertain whether we are the right fit for each other culturally as this is very important in the coaching process.
Step 2. Undertaking a confidential business fact find
We will interview you, your directors and your team. We draw out what’s working well and what’s not. We get a real good understanding on how the business is structured and operated commercially and culturally. We then identify the common themes and design a coaching program that will launch you towards your vision and goals.
Step 3. Presenting the coaching program to you
We will discuss the themes and answer any questions you have in detail. We make sure you fully understand all aspects of the business coaching process and then agree on the process, level of coaching, and set expectations for both parties.
Then its time to get started. It’s that simple.

Coaching Program Implementation
Our coaching program starts at a monthly engagement and increases in frequency, depending on what resources we need and how fast you want to go. This usually depends upon business size and need. The sessions are both one-to-one and group coaching depending on what needs to be implemented.
We initially build a coaching program for 12-18 months, so clients can realistically work systematically towards getting closer to their vision. We believe it’s important to have a big picture outlook and to know how to get there.
Business coaching is not something that happens overnight, it is an on ongoing skill development program that builds medium to long-term value in your business. There are no lock in commitments with our business coaching program, if it’s not for you then you can cease at any time therefore there is little risk to you. Due to the value our clients receive in the coaching process they remain as clients for many years.
