Rohan Musa isn’t your standard business coach and trusted advisor. He learned his craft building four successful businesses from the ground up, and demand for his knowledge and insights grew by word of mouth. He enjoyed helping people transition their businesses and fast found the business consulting more rewarding than the number crunching.
During the last 20 years, Rohan has supported thousands of Australian businesses to become profitable and sustainable. Rohan’s strengths are his directness, visionary and strategic thinking, communications skills, collaborative approach and leadership style.
As a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Rohan understands the financials of business. This skill combined with his strategic mindset and direct cut-through style, means he can get to the heart of business issues quickly and is able to create business growth solutions.
He has spent more than 20,000 hours pursuing his passion to help business owners and executives expand their vision of what is really possible, and then assists them to achieve this vision.
Rohan’s love for business started in his teens when working in his family’s manufacturing business. From an early age, his father taught him the skills of sales, negotiation, cash-flow management, team work and client service.
Rohan has completed several formal qualifications in the business, financial and coaching areas, however his ‘real life’ business experience is what sets him apart. His business achievements include:
Built two successful services based businesses while studying accounting at University;
Aged 28, started his own accounting firm focusing on small to medium sized businesses, which he sold in 1999;
Co-founded a successful business coaching company in 1999 which went global in 2003;
Won a Telstra Small Business Award;
Ranked 7th in the BRW Fast 100.
Practical and hands-on experience enables Rohan to educate and empower business owners and executives about concepts that help them best leverage their time, efforts, staff, profitability and business valuation.
As a dynamic and straight-to-the-point person, Rohan is passionate about helping clients ‘cut through’ the barriers that are holding them back. He helps business owners, entrepreneurs and senior executives redefine what is possible, and then provides practical support, tools and unique methodologies so they can take action right away.
Rohan has extensive experience in coaching, accounting, sales, negotiation, client service, team & leadership development, culture, communication and stakeholder relations which makes him uniquely qualified to help business owners and senior executives accelerate their businesses and careers.
In Rohan’s personal life spending quality time with family is most important to him. He loves to travel over seas with his son experiencing other ways of life and cultures. At home he likes to keep fit by running, going to the gym & mountain biking. Other passions and hobbies include photography, motor bike riding, tennis, skiing, scuba diving, playing guitar and exploring many of the world’s great cafes and restaurants.
